It's quite funny to watch, I've tried to video tape it, but the camera can't capture the subtle movements caused by a cat getting zapped by its own fur.
I turn on the vent-less heater in my house to raise the humidity whenever i see it happen. More accurate than any hygrometer I've owned. I've tried to wet my hand in the sink and pet him to stop it, but he doesn't like that.
