'Cause I love odd hybrids!

Anyways, I've had this one in my head for a while, I've drawn a few sketches, but none I really liked.
I like reverse bird feets so yeah.
Also I'm having a hard time drawing the other wing, I can't quite draw it right. :(
The tail are feathers...maybe I should draw them differently?
He needs colours...I might ask one of my favorite artists to draw him and design a pattern with a pallet of my choice, I dunno.
