Not sure what to say about her, she's not a charcter I know of yet, I drew her up from bordem on the back of instructional paper at a lecture. XD
I really like her armor, clearly it's a decorative style, meant to show her femininity with the skirts. I have no idea what she is in terms of species, maybe a very mixed female of various heritages.

I don't want to nit-pick on such a nice picture... but... are her eyes drawn like that, intentional (one looks silver-y, the other seems kind of filled in)... and... is that an adam's apple? or a hollow? (that's more wishful thinking rather then a question. Having something in that skirt would be ... murr!)
