The first one is one I got stuck on my head long ago and finally did. Royal Aquarian clothing (sound better than fancy clothes) the ones using on the main island of Aquar. This people resermber polinesic people. They usually got skin of peach color to chocolate one. Also blue hair and eyes (in less number purple and green) A funny thing is that Aquala seem to be from this ethnic group or a mix of it (as yellow eye color is not tha common)

In their fashion the use as usual blue and purple colors, but also use other tones and base a lot of their clothes an jewels in sea life forms like jellyfish, sharks, coral.

Also think of this like a really open minded society as females are more openly sexual. The flower is based to comunicate this (in real life hawaiian woman use flowers to show that are "takend") But in this case is to show they seek for a mate.
