Liam is a voodoo born scare-crow crux.

He hiccups periodically between this organic form and the living scarecrow.
He killed his summoners and is by default, wanted for murder, and has become something of a local myth in his southern US swampland. He lives in a flooded half submerged steel mill, decorating it with animal bones and magical symbols, naturally falling in love with voodoo, demonology and other such things, and has constructed wooden walkways and ramparts for his own use, as well as managing to seal off and pump the water out of the inner mill. He's not really dangerous unless you threaten to turn him in. In fact he's friendly.
