This time the logo of the "United Nation Space Command" from Halo. The CD case for size reference. Sadly this one got a damage, in the middle section of the right wing. There is a ring that shouldn't be there.

This happens when you don't check your files exactly. It happened through the process from an image to gcode, I couldn't find a good vector file so I used a png. Vectorized it, scaled it, turned it set some stuff for the milling like penetration depth diameter of the the mill and so on. Than converting the area to path, sometimes many wrong paths are generated, erasing them can take up to two hours.
And sometimes one of these paths can be corrupted, which you can see in this time of the process. Now you can convert the paths into gcodes, this is the first time you can see a corrupted path. But I didn't zoom in far enough to see it, I was like "looks fine" and load the file into EMC2. This particular gcode got 24500 lines the corrupted path was somewhere around line 23000. I got six hours to see the corrupted path because EMC2 also showed it but I was busy playing Portal next room.
I definitely keep it to remember me to check my files better.
