On a nit-pickey sidenote, Helium is a noble gas, and does not bond with anything else readily (including other helium atoms.) Thus He^3 is highly unlikely and would be extraordinarily unstable inside . . . well anything without 30+ atmospheres of pressure (to keep it bonded.) Also, it would most likely be more dense (and thus have less lifting capacity) than normal, unbonded helium
