The musculature is perfect, and the anatomy is really interesting. I particularly like how the wing-shoulders are above the torso-shoulders. I've seen that done in a couple of other pieces, including the cover to one dragon book (think it was a Whelan cover), and that arrangement never quite looked right because there was too much space between the arm-shoulders and wing-shoulders. Made the character seem more quad-like and off-balance. Your design seems a lot more plausible and realistic, though in truth, I'm no expert. ;)
And of course, I love the coloring, too! The yuccas add just the right amount of splash to balance the whites blues and greys of the bulk of the piece. Rooth's mane came out great, I love how fluid and soft it looks. It's like a blue Fabio 'do. *grin*
Can't wait to see it in person. :)
