My panther monk, Tsavi~ Originally khajiit to start, I took that out and simply made her a panther anthro character. She's a master of Tai'Chi and I've chosen her as my martial arts character. She's skilled in hand-to-hand and armed combat, though prefers hand-to-hand above all else. When she does use a weapon, it's usually a bo staff or a quarter staff. Tsavi prefers peace over violence and will achieve any means necessary to use anything but her skills unless she has no other option.
