I've been uploading a lot of badges recently, so I thought I'd share this work in progress. It's been a while since i had spare time to work on it, and I don't know know when I will get it done.
I was inspired by a lovely photo by Toni Panjaitan and he granted me permission to use his photo for reference. http://tonipanjaitan.pixoto.com

This is one amazing piece of work. I can't wait to see it finished. :)
However, there's one thing that's been bothering me about this painting (please don't hit me for pointing it out so bluntly):
If the water surface is supposed to connect to the blue and green plate, it should have the same angle ... right now it looks like it doesn't as the water surface seems to be stretching out far more steep than the blue and green plate does. I makes the perspective seem a bit twisted.
However, as this painting is still a WIP, I might be wrong and it will look right once it's finished.
Aside from that ... like I already said, it looks amazing so far. I really like your choice of colours. :)

This is stunningly beautiful. Better, I think than the photo you used as its inspiration (though those are really quite lovely as well). It appears as though the tiger has just stepped through a sheet of water, looking perhaps a little anxious and apprehensive of what he, or perhaps she? will find on the other side.
Since you did mention you were looking for critique on a WIP - just a note. The tiger's neck ruff looks very fluffy, which adds to the beauty of the piece, but if (s)he had just gotten out of water, it might be a little more matted. Hard to say :) But in any event, this is really awesome, and I hope that you find the time to finish it.
