So before you start wondering over his design, (A) There are a lot of things wrong with this picture that I desperately wanted to fix but couldn't, and (B) I'm still kinda sketching him out and making a few design changes. In the mean time I really wanted to get another picture worked out to show you guys since I kinda felt like I haven't been very active on here, Tumblr, and even DA! I'll have to fix that sometime...
(also that spherical turbine is not attached to his tail physically)
(One more note, it's been brought to my attention that he looks a bit like Zekrom, so hopefully I'll be able to chance him around a little bit by the next time you see him. Sorry about any ruffled feathers over it!)

Oh yes! The legendary from Black/White! Haha, well now that I look at it, I suppose the turbine does bear a resemblance (actually... not to mention the color scheme), but I was more trying to do something different with the heavy tails I use from time to time. Still, since I'm still roughing out his design here and there, maybe it'd be in my best interest to distance him from Zekrom now that I know there's a bit of a connection there. Thanks for the heads-up!
(There's another hardpoint on his back where the turbine can be placed, but that gets more into detail regarding abilities and such.)
