Bio: During his teenage years, he was an accomplished student and was a 5 time high school wrestling champion as well as a high school football state champion.
He also served 2 years in the U.S. Navy SEALS to pay for college. After the two years in the Navy SEALS were up and finished, he graduated from college and planned to begin his career in Pro Football, but he wen't towards Pro Wrestling instead.
He was one of K.O.W. (Kings, Of, Wrestling) greatest wresters in his time, won 16 championship belts, 10 tag team championship belts, & 20 hardcore championship belts equalling up to 46 championship belts won in a title match.
With his reputation for bringing the fight to his opponent and clobbering them into the ground, he's also an ordain minister of the First Church/Gym of McDougal Bay. Instead of being one of those boring type of ministers, he excites the church goers with stories of his days of Professional Wrestling and make's the word of God sound a lot more interesting, so far he has about 350,000 people and still counting going to his church.
Then one day, Mayor. Jackie Katmen Sr. came into his door asking for his help to stop the Cutthroat Sociaty. Rufus have heard of the Cutthroat Sociaty and knew exactly what these monsters are capable of, the former wrestler accepted the Mayor's offer and joined up with Detective. Veronica Wolfsberg.
