Bio: A Heel (Bad guy) Wrestler in the K.O.W. (Kings, Of, Wrestling) and long time rival to Rufus Peterson. Teddy was known to injure plenty of wrestlers, fans, and anyone who gets in his way. He was also a rule breaker and has a violent temper which got him permanently banned from Pro Wrestling. Not to mention having a humiliating defeat at the hands of Rufus Peterson. One year has passed and he was living in the Forest Area next to Neo City without anyone disturbing him when all of a sudden, he was asked to join the Cutthroat Sociaty and get his revenge on those who drove him out and Rufus Peterson. Fighting him will be a little more challenging than "Sparky". He'll piledrive you and take a quarter of your health, be warned. He is the second boss you must fight.
