Bio: Once was a respected Police Rabbit and honored as one of the best officers of Neo City. Until he had a nervous breakdown last Easter when a group of kids thought he was the "Easter Bunny". He was chased by those kids that wont leave him alone and it drove him to madness and started blasting away any at his path. He was arrested and tried in court, stripped of his badge, and sent to Neo City Asylum. He was realized and was offered to join the Cutthroat Society. He started by taking hostage inside the Neo City Police Department. He's armed with an assault rifle and he's not afraid to use it. Be careful. He's the third boss you must fight in order to advance to the next level.
