Bio: A respectable and honerable master, Hong-Chi-Cao is a third generation master of Kung-Fu, he left his country of China to live in Neo City, U.S.A. to teach student's Kung-Fu over there. He also taught one of the heroes kung-fu, and her name is Lin-Xhi which he find her to be a great prodigy. He was also married to a local in
Neo City name Brenda and they were happily married. Then one day, a group of Cutthroat Sociaty goons came and kidnapped his wife and was forced to fight the Justice Fighters standing in the Cutthroat Sociaty's way. Hong feel's disgusted by helping those monsters, but he has no choise but to fight the Justice Fighters, in order to keep his wife Brenda safe. Hong is a skilled martial artist and very quick. Look out, he is the fourth boss in this stage.
