Orin Midwinter was once one of the highest ranking inquisitors in the kings employ, bringing many a torturous death to those accused of witchcraft, sorcery and heresy against the king, but when the coup came and his comrades either fell in combat or bent to their knees in supplication Orin fled, hiding from the usurper's hunters, selling his skills to survive.
