Alexia Ciannor, mistress of the Witchfire blade, once a young innocent girl she lost her mother at the age of seven to the inquisitors, her mother beheaded as a witch, she was raised by her uncle who hoped to bring her up without anymore perils in her life but he could not have foreseen the path she would take to reconnect with her long dead mother. This obsession took hold of Alexia, driving her to unearth the dreaded blade Witchfire, the very sword that destroyed her mother's coven and consumed their souls, trapping them within it's steely boundaries. Despite the blade often being used for good it's true nature is vile and dark, craving souls to devour, most of all those of priests and arcanists it exerts it's influence upon it's wielder to fulfill these desires. Capable of siphoning off the power when it takes these lives it can strengthen it's wielder. It is also capable of raising the dead, living corpses with one desire, to destroy the living. Alexia's first attempts to restore her mother to life failed, merely bringing the long decimated witch coven back as the undead. Dissatisfied she returned them to their wormy slumber from whence they came and sought other means by which to return her mother to her. Due to a mishap in her experiments to do so she became the vessel for the souls of the coven when she freed them from the sword by means of a mysterious machine amidst the cult of Cyriss she is slowly losing her sanity, hearing the whispers of the dead witches as she fights to remain in control of her faculties, resisting the will of the sword. Astride her nightmarish steed she rides into battle, swinging Witchfire, claiming souls with which to raise the dead to do her bidding, slow but fairly tough thrall warriors, armed with a hefty broadsword, their vulnerable bones shielded by armor worn in their previous life.
