Casting 405gr bullets for the cost of 22lr? Yea, I don't buy that lol.
My normal hand loads are a 405gr hardcast clocking out above 2000fps. Those are about $1 to load on virgin brass, and would be about 50¢ on once fired brass.
The amount of powder you go through loading this caliber is mind blowing.
