Those are dragon digitigrade boot feetpaws.
Since the heel has been cut for the digi effect, I did put a very little piece of foam on it to avoid scratch.
The little knots are to keep the foam in place while it dries. Since it is too hot here, hot glue is too slow to dry quickly.
