Everyone who is actually *volunteering* to be a slave is either crazy or doesn't watch the show. (I will not rule out the possibility of "both", of course.)
Remember what happened to his (or "her", in this case) last slaves, the Crystal Ponies? Whatever it was that he did to them before the Crystal Empire vanished, it scarred them to the point that the mere thought of him was enough to cause a nervous breakdown.
If you're Sombra's slave (male or female, doesn't matter), you're going to suffer, HARD. And not the fun kind of "hard", either. Or the "fun" kind of "suffer", either, for you masochists out there.
Unless you get off to being mind-raped with your worst fears by Pony Sauron, in which case, go ahead.
