OMG YES! I was like ARE YOU EFFING SERIOUS?!? >.< Everybody wants someone else to blame when they do something so utterly stupid that causes an injury or worse...it's really pathetically sad. Think of the lady that burned her hand (or lap, I can't remember) on hot coffee from McDonalds and then sued them for not warning her or whatever...I'm like lady, you ordered coffee, did expect it to be COLD?!?
