there are some changes my friend now please don't be offended by anything I say... if you love em you love em that's all that matters right *nods* now then these are a great start but this is what I personally would do to add on them.
1. seeing that you appear to have a shade of undercoat showing through *points to all the black* I would advise after you undercoat black next time take your normal black paint or abbadon black as they call it now. just take that paint water it down just alittle and give a quick 'wash over' the model with it. it will darken the black and look more normal then having the shade of grey black you appear to have.
2. on the matter of the black to highlight such a color if you show choose (I enjoy doing it) I would take your dawnstone grey mix it 50/50 with abbadon black and due the edges with it.. after that take pure dawnstone and do th emore extreme edges with that.
3. for the purple I would most likely put a little wash on it. at the very least in the edges where the metal hits the purple that way it gives a darkening tone and adds depth to the model.
here is a start for you if you want some more help or thoughts just let me know i'll see what I can do. your work is good :) and if you love em that's all that's needs to be done. if I could I would show you my original space marines... bright neon orange with black spots! hehehe
