3rd one of the elements series, this one for my BFF I did some customized hair styling for this girl, and man oh man is she purty!
wasn't sure i could pull off the ram horns like was requested, but i did! :D
don't ask how this is wind based, i had no idea what i was doing when i started, but i like it, nonetheless.
