Nice composition, although I question the orchestration a little. The Chimes taking Lead seems a little odd to me and gives everything an oddly chilly feeling. . . of course I'm having a tough time evaluating it cause no bangin drums and full orchestras don't need any kind of effects or EQ (except for reverb when you're using midi soundfonts and samples ;3) due to equalization of a piece being accomplished by varied orchestration. Maybe an oboe and flute playing unison for the lead would work. The problem with chimes is that they stand out REALLY hard cause they dominate the high frequencies in an orchestral setting. You could also move the tempo up from andante, pick up the pace a little more and have the main harmony repeat itself alone without any lead a couple of times, starting with french horns cellos and trombones and each 2 or 4 measures adding another section of the orchestra in.
Of course, this is criticism on a 4-year-old work by you; I'm sure you've made more and better pieces since then, right? Right??? Please don't be like me where you had an Active Period and then a Depression Period where you didn't make anything of note for 4 years D: I'm gonna boot up renoise and live this instant and find a sample i've been meaning to chop so i can say i did something.

Oh my god how did I forget! During the harmony repeat section it would be a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong crescendo, starting from pianissimo and ending at mezzoforte, then when the melody returns have a HUGE sforzando-piano as one of those classic WAKE UP ok back to music~ moments that classical pulls off so well~!
