Still not enough for me.
Even at 320kbps there is still some loss in audio even if it's hardly noticeable at all. It still alters and degrades the sound that was originally there on the lossless version. I can barely notice the difference, but to me mp3 (even at 320kbps) has softer bass and is not as tight and well controlled as lossless, and that very last bit of detail and sparkle is lost as well. I prefer to have the purest, cleanest, lossless audio even if it's hardly noticeable at all and uses more memory.
But even though I'm obsessed enough to only want lossless audio, I'm not stupid enough to need 24bit/192kHz audio though, that's just too ridiculous and insanely stupid. 16bit/44.1kHz FLAC audio is perfect for me.

*nods* ok you got a point there? XD but the trouble with me is, I don't hear the diffurence between 320 mp3, 1411 WAV or the 16bit FLAC, if they are properly rendered. And I'm using my Shure 535's, in my opinion one of the best ear-buds available? XD so I'm just sticking with the 320's so I don't need to convert it every time I wanna share it of play it on my Xbox XD
Like I meant to say. Yes, 320kbps mp3 is very good quality and most people don't hear a difference at all. So I can agree on that one. Also, holy crap! Those ear buds are so......... *drools* There is no way I will ever be able to afford those, ever.
The most "high-end" headphones I've ever owned was a pair of Sony MDR-XB500's that I bought in '09, but the reason I've held on to them for so long (other than the fact I can't afford better ones) is that, shortly after buying them, I stumbled across a guide on Head-Fi http://www.head-fi.org/t/413900/how.....nes-a-tutorial that showed how to use a parametric equalizer to remove resonances in headphones to bring out their best sound.
So, after following that guide, I was blown away with what they are capable of producing, once I tamed the bass and a few sharp frequencies in the upper treble.

Well I worked hard to get them XD glad I live at home still (IT'S FREE!) XD but thanks for the link! I'll try to make use of that XD same Apple doesn't have EQ's on the iPaw, cuz else I could use this to boost the performance a bit from my everyday-use ear-buds (se215's which only go from 22hz to 17.5khz... >.>) XD but thanks again for the tip and link to the forum! XD
It's a third party firmware that you can install on your iPod and other mp3 players (only certain models) that replaces the stock firmware and adds more features like; a 10 band fully customizable parametric equalizer, tone controls, drag n' drop compatibility, customizable skins, and a lot more. I have it installed on my 160GB iPod Classic and I absolutely love it.
Unfortunately it doesn't, it only works on non-touch iPods. But there are inexpensive equalizer apps you can use on it like this one https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/equ.....321267949?mt=8
