This isn't furry.. BUT... it's very good! Very detailed, down to the logo on his cup, and the people are very well drawn. Also, conveys something is happening, and what the characters are thinking, which I can identify with. I like it, this piece of artwork gets a fave. Good job!

I love both of your artworks, but there is something I have to ask. What got you to settle on the galaxy-thing for her hair?

That was her entire character design's foundation. Not even close to a 'settling'.

No worries, both have the same definition so I used a different way of saying the same word. But no, my obsession with space and the science behind it is what created this character. At this time I'm leaning towards the idea of her hair not being "made" of nebulae clouds or dust or stars, much like water or fire hair would be 'made' of said elements. But instead being something completely different. I didn't consider different hair styles for her, I had the initial idea- and designed a character around it. If that makes sense? Nothing else ever crossed my mind.

Her hair is instead, a reflection. No, it's not like it's naturally 'mirror finished', or brown, blonde, black, or anything- it's an ever changing refraction of light. I might completely disregard all rules of physics and, well, everything, and end up playing around with the idea of her hair alluding to some sort of secret ability or power, but for now she's simply a big butt Hawaiian with space hair.

Hm, alright. I just like to sometimes poke into artists minds. Now, next question, if this isn't too personal. How did you and Tamyra meet? Either your characters or just as artists.
