This piece dates from November of 2010, which is what I consider the very cusp of the current 'angry' poetry phase that I find myself in. Essentially, it marked the cut-off point, where I knew that the newer pieces I was writing simply wouldn't fit with the material I put in the first collection.

Another reason I hesitated to share it for so long was that I wasn't all that satisfied with it. Indeed, it took three years of simmering and minor tinkering before I finally decided that it can be shoehorned in between some of the more deliberately rough pieces I've written over the past year or so.
