LOL my color palettes are always borrowed from photographs, as to provide a strong, believable color set, and then I modify their saturation and hue ever so slightly in select areas for added visual interest * U* <3 I'm glad it seems to work out quite nicely!! Thanks!!

LOL the pomegranates have plot significance (the symbol of the gang Gideon's employed under, as well as all the religious and mythological connotations surrounding the fruit. The alternative title to this image was "A Serpent in the Garden") But HAHA I quite like your deduction XD
