Amazing photo caji! I love doing nighttime photography.

This was the first chance I got to get out and take any photos this year. This was also the first time I got to try out a software tweak that let me do exposures beyond the factory 15 secs. It maxes out at 2048 seconds. I kind of wish I would have noticed that it was in low res when I was out there. Weather and schedule permitting I'll be getting out there a couple more times this year.

You should upload your photos some time.

PS If you poke around in my scraps you'll find a few more photos from two other nights.

Most of my decent photos are on film rather than digital. Lol. Plus, my gallery is already confusing enough with work by me of my characters, work by me of OTHER characters, and work by others of my characters. Lol. Really wish there was some way to organize stuff beyond gallery and scraps. Oh well.

It's not all that uncommon for some one that commissions a lot of work or does a lot of art for others to have a second account for those items. it helps keep things sorted out. I have a second account myself just to keep my two halves a part.

I've considered that, but I'd hate switching back and forth between the two. May still do that if things get more crowded.

There is a trick to that, use two different browsers to log into fa. I use chrome and Firefox. I never have to log out to change accounts.

That.... Might just work. Lol. Should definitely consider it.

Is this the Summer Triangle? Definitely have the Milky Way (and if it is the Summer Triangle, then it's the Cygnus Arm in the photo).

Best I can tell you is its the eastern sky high above the horizon some where near 9:45 eastern.

Now that I look further, you've also got the Sagittarius Arm of the Milky Way (which is that galactic cloud area .. like an extension .. above center). Sort of tilts upward at a small angle.

no you have to do one that takes all night . . . while standing in front of it :D

I'm afraid my camera can only do 34 minutes. :(
