As mentioned, Raiga and Abel for a short time were the absolute worst of enemies. The two were CONVINCED that the other was evil incarnate, and as such, many battles ensued a short while after Raiga's shop opened up in Riverport. This is just one of the many fights they had before becoming friends...

Raiga: *taking slashes at Abel, his Tonitrus clashing off of Abel's Hydrei Fang* What is your PROBLEM?! Why don't you stop coming after me?!

Abel: No...! *strikes away with the Hydrei fang, cjanging its' forms between attacks between Force, Speed and Balance* I can't let you go free... it is our DESTINY to fight!!!

Raiga: DESTINY?! Are you really that insane?! *blocks a blow, shoving the sword against Abel's to try and overpower him* My father's already dead because of you!!!

Abel: And his blood yet flows within you!!! *knocks Raiga's sword aside and punches him in the chest* MALICE CANNON!!!! *unleashes a blast of Dark energy right into Raiga's chest, knocking him into a wall*

Raiga: *grunts and stands up after sliding down the wall* LISTEN! Blood or no blood, you swing that thing at me ONE MORE TIME and I am going to THRASH you!!! *narrowly ducks a swing as his body* OH THAT IS IT!!!

Aaaaaand the fight goes on like this for a while. At least they didn't start going on about revenge being reheated in the microwave of evil, extended warranties and such. :\
