This is not a new sketch by any means. In fact it's three years old, and I drew it as a character idea for my friend McKnackus who at the time was looking for help in creating a new self-representative character. The original upload can be found here: http://bowser81889.deviantart.com/a...../MK1-184402239 He never used him, but gave the go-ahead for me to keep him as my own character. I've never used him or anything, but I felt it would be good to at least update him slightly to better reflect my ownership of him...so this is an edited version of the original sketch.
After debating on a name for him and choosing between Rosco or Diesel, I went with Rosco. Also the original arm tattoo was a homage to my friend's first character, so if Rosco was to become mine, I had to edit it out and change it to something else...so I went with a quick Triforce tattoo instead. Beyond that, I can't say anything else has really changed so that's about it.

Aside from Scalez my lizard character (who can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11193284/ ), Rosco and him are the only real "original" anthro characters I possess that aren't based off of a trademarked series or licensed franchise.
