hmmm... I'll try to keep it short, as it would fill several pages.
Child Prodigy, daughter of two very intelligent scientists. Her mother got murdered when Celina was only a few years old, and put inside a cryogenic chamber by Celina's father. Both then dedicated their time to investigate supernatural activities around the globe, believing that somewhere, someone would have the power to resurrect the dead (a fact). For that purpose they designed many scientific marvels at their scientific compound, until a "plague" that turned people into mutant beings appeared. They focused most of their time to then develop a cure together with some of the brightest minds on the planet. During the dispersion event and conference, however, all the scientists themselves got infected before the cure would immunize them, and got killed by their own security and police forces to prevent civilian casualties. Celina herself was infected directly with a new type of virus that turned her into a "queen" type of mutant with paper-thin, yet ridiculously sharp tentacle-blades. She fought the security and police forces, along with a superpowered human being and a cyborg agent, and ended up taking too much damage, so when the cure finally kicked in, she turned human again and died to massive bloodloss. She was carried off by her father and put into a cryopod alongside her mother's. Months later, her father finally was able to finish his artificial intelligence collector and connected the two cryopods to the system, allowing both Celina's and her mother's consciousness to form an AI in conjunction.
They later made a deal with a globe-spanning company to transfer to their special scientific base, where they hooked up the AI core into a more powerful and sophisticated system, allowing them to use their full computing capacity and access the entire world's communication networks, in exchange they would develop technology for said company, without questions.
