out of curiosity, what would happen if you changed the FPS a little so it becomes faster?

its not a matter of frame rate, its a matter of relation to what peice of scenery is closest to the background

I think you think I meant the speed of the character in relation to the background, I'm referring to the actual speed of the character in motion.

its all about variables, it will take some time to match up the character to the background, and if the character was the case, that is the minimum number of frames that give the idea of running motion so to take away frames would ruin the running motion, so to get it to effectively work is to match up the background and the character to equal speeds, then increase the frame rate on both
