I did the sketch for this at work and did a crappy bit of lineart and coloring in GIMP, as my PS went away. :x I have other art to do, but I don't want to do it in GIMP, because it will look like this. Dang.
I like this guy. He's got kind of a feminine body (no boobies, duh), but he's definitely a dude. Look at those notes, so interesting..

Uhm... I think I understand... I have heard ppl that says it didnt detect the digitalizer tablets correctly.
If talking about dont know how to use it, I think the learning curve is not difficult, if you need i have a manual/tutorial that may help you.
Anyway, I don't use a tablet, I used tools like paths and others to do stuff like this:
