WHAT YOU'LL NEED!
Half a bag of Simply Potatoes® Hash Browns (any flavor will do, as well as a substitute brand)
at least three long stalks of Fresh chives
Shredded cheese
Bacon Bits (opt out for a vegetarian dish)
3 Grade A large eggs
Assembly Instructions:
Begin to prepare potatoes as directed in your favourite oil (I use Extra virgin Olive Oil)
As your hash browns are cooking, grab your chives and cut 'em up into tine pieces (as if you were making them for soup) and add them to the mix
Grab your bacon bits and/or cheese and add them to the mix, making sure your ingredients blend.
As your concoction is being prepared, Crack three eggs itno a bowl and scramble. Add the eggs to the other side of the pan and cook 'em, ensuring you cut into 'em to make smaller pieces
Mix in your eggs to the potpourri Makes 1--3 servings.
CHEFS NOTE:
Ground Sausage can be used as a substitute for bac- Wait...no...
Ground Sausage can be added as wel. Just precook in a different pan.
