This is the pinnacle of adorable. You've won the internet and my heart for the month this is the best thing I've seen in the 7 years I've been on FA.

*blush* thanks. Hey, being a furry myself, who am I to say no if my kids want to be too, right?! One of the funnest things has been watching them develop their own fursonas, and how they fit them completely.

I saw this on FB and it almost made me cry because I had started getting my niece into the Fandom as a little baby with the little ears and jumpsuits they make. For you to take the time and energy to make not one, Not two, but three fursuits, just so your babies can enjoy it with you, I'm impressed and very happy to see the Fandom take on a more youthful appeal. I've been a furry for 20 years (since I was 5) and it wasn't until I got older that I was able to go to be able to go to the Cons (haven't been to one yet) because my parents weren't into it and it didn't look like it was for kids at the time (we're all like giant stuffed animals. How is THAT not kid friendly?!)

You keep doing what you're doing and being an active and super cool Mom.

And for the guy that invoked the 1st Amendment, sure you can say what you want, but you also need to be able to take the backlash that comes with it, a la WBC, Hate speech, etc. Freedom works both ways.

this one? ya, I ended up hiding all the comments (and moved this pic to scraps) cause I was saddened and tired of all the negativity. We had such a blast at the con that I would rather focus on that and move on, and not let one sourpus get me down. You know?

I can still see all the comments. But I'm certainly happy that you want to focus and move on and remember the awesome times that you had at the con :)

Opinions I can handle; personal attacks. . . .not so much. (especially since I am such a horrible parent for trying to teach and guide -and protect- my children while helping them be creative, open-minded, and imaginative individuals.) If there was a way to have just deleted this pic I would have.
Maybe as an admin, and outside perspective, you can tell me if I handled myself ok in the situation (since you can read it). I ofcourse cannot help the swearing and opinions of the others who piped in. . . .but I tried *very* hard to be civil and to the point.
