its the orginal systeme of viking runes called the furthak or "rune line" (at least in france lol)
about the message am not sure am making sense exactly of it lol but what i get is "you ll see mgn in this art, message ok"

then if am not fully right and someone else understood it better well oh well
i like runes too but its not easy to translate when its not ure birth language lol
