Some details that didn't quite fit into the image:
*Icons are drawn at 400x400 px, and you will receive both the 400x400 px version, and the 100x100 px FA version
*Base prices are the price for drawing a single character, so the price is usually base x the number of characters. ( not always. Depending on the scene it may be different, but in about 95% of pieces this is how the price is calculated )
*Background price is for the whole piece. No matter how many characters, back ground price will not change. However, more complex back grounds may cost more.
*References are a front and back for $60, or front/back/side for $80. Accessories or detail views would be things like: close up of mouth, close up of eyes, different potential outfits, etc. Price per extra accessories or details can vary based on complexity. $20 would typically cover 2 or 3 simple additions, or 1 large/complex one

I'm just charging for my time. :) All prices are based on how long I think something will take at an certain hourly wage, plus material costs where applicable ( markers and paper are expensive! )
I generally aim for around $15-20 per hour, as I feel that is an acceptable wage for a valuable skill. I've been selling art in the furry community for about 7 years now, and have been practicing essentially my entire life, so I am charging based on years of experience.
I understand these certainly aren't prices everyone can pay, but this is my job and I have to make a living like anyone else! :)
