if u get a WACOM u dont need a fancy art program, MS Paint will work fine >wO

if u watch on eBay, u can get a WACOM Intuos 3 for cheap >wO
dat is how i got mine... it were alot less expensive dat way, and even comes with Photoshop Elements! =3
tablet + art proggie at the same time! it was like... $110 or something like dat... very worth it tho!!

i just now check on eBay and they did not have any, but if u has an account, u can save the search and they will notify u of new listings! =3
