The anchor back on deck, the wind at our backs, the ocean of stars parts before us, I lift my head slowly as we pass under the dying fire of a blue dwarf, the ship rocks gently side to side, the cosmic winds give an encouraging push and momentum does what it does best.
On either side you can watch the planets and moons pass, each more interesting and unique than the last "We're well on our way, lad." The Captain reassures me, grabbing my shoulder as we watch the universe pass us by. Calm seas are rare this far out, I am grateful we have been given this rest, time enough to confirm our heading and rest the men.
We have so much farther to go, but for once in my life I've all but forgotten about the destination.
Enjoy~

Wow is is amazing. This piece is very deeply thought invoking, a clear and smooth mix between the adventurous upbeat of something to go along with a sea-fairing voyage and a mysterious toned space tune. If you made this according to the description, you laid out a well planned path and followed it beautifully.
I'd write more, but I already wrote a good lengthy 5 paragraph mini-review over this but I accidentally clicked off and lost it all ^_^;

I absolutely loved this. Parts of the song reminded me of Halo in that it had a smilar tone and setting. The violin parts paired with that heavy tribal drum really made thatmental image that much more clear. A ship cast into the stars and the infinite black of space, slowly floating on solar winds. Stars passing over head and entire worlds waitin to be explored.
This is my new favorite piece by you so far, Zen! The strings, choir, bass drum, and spacey lead all complement each other perfectly, painting me the mental picture of a ship setting sail in space before I'd even read the actual description! ^^
I agree with all the other opinions people have already listed above, and I add this one as well: This is the perfect music to listen to while studying! The spacey, futuristic feeling of this piece, along with the adventurous and anticipatory undertones of the low strings and the thoughtfully melodic overtones of the synth and violin serve to relax the mind while still letting the listener stay focused if they need to. (Or even letting the listener zone out if they want!)
I'm really enjoying all of your work so far, Zenuel, but this is by far my personal favorite!
