See, Jac found one of his experiments going awry (or maybe sabotaged) and he was filling up with helium! Before he got too floaty, he grabbed a hover belly board and reversed the negative ion flow, allowing the primary transtators to . . . well the point is that he threw the thing in reverse and now it's preventing him from floating away and he can scooch along the ground until he can find some way of undoing his condition.
