~~~AUCTION OVER~~~
Congrats to
koda21 for winning with a bid of $240 usd!
Since the bidding has gone so high, I'll be throwing in a few more goodies when I send out the finished badge. :)
Its a bit of both. I'm not sure what can go over borders (to Canada) without much issue. I've heard people have been having trouble with leather products recently with some shipping companies, and I could try it, but I couldn't guarantee it'd get there in any sort of timely or undamaged fashion. It would cost more to ship as well, seeing as I'd have to put at least some sort of insurance on the package.
no, she didnt even give me her fa name, i ended up finding it since i reconized a badge she done, http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ocemezersuits thats the person i commisioned
I cannot find any restrictions on the import of leather or leather based finished goods to Canada or the European Union from the USA.
Generally tanned leather and it's products aren't quite treated the same way as other animal products since it's gone through some fairly extensive processing with some really unpleasant chemicals.
Some places allow it, others do not, and I'm not sure which those are. I also cannot ship overseas because shipping and insurance on it would cost more than the actual product depending on where it would be going. Much rather be safe than sorry at this point in time.
