This is really nothing more than words of wisdom. Something to think about.
For who are we really, not to be the very ones we admire on tv and magizines?
Who are we not to be the very best we are? Who are we to hide away from the world everything that makes us all the wonderful shining people we are?

And was inspired by it.
Now it hangs on my wall. :)

This is not My caligraphy sad to say. I fear it would be a disaster if i did my own. I mean I Can write in clalligraphy..but man it looks a mess >,<

Like I mentioned to Nightmask, this quote is wonderful, as long as it is not abused.
And like you, i have seen many abuse it. And that unfortunally also instills the fear in people to shrink back.

That is a very good question hun.
The abuse in my opinion comes when someone takes those very same things, to be fabulous, and gorguous, wonferful, smart, talented, and so on..
and becomes a total ass about it.
A snob, or elitist. Some one who looks down on everyone else because They think they are Better than everyone else.
That is taking those words to an extreme..and sadly many Do that.

I'm not sure that's abusing the words and more of a personality problem independent of one's abilities, after all plenty of people running around lacking any exceptional skill or ability but they think that they are. Still a depressing thing when people run around doing that, although I suppose I'd rather someone like Einstein with proven superior mind doing that rather than someone who thinks daddy passing down the family fortune to him or being able to fool enough of the sheeple to get elected into a public office makes them God.
Wise words indeed but there's nothing wrong with someone eventualy comming up with the same words and thats ok, as long as they do not read your words and claim them to be theirs afterwards, because thats an entirely diffirent matter. I'm glad to see your inspired by philosophy now Kata'lina ^^
