This is the X-factor version of Wolfsbane. She quits the x-men and starts working at a detective agency with some other mutants (they're pretty business casual).
She transforms into a wolf as needed. So there's no point to rip off all her clothes and turn into a full wolf most of the time. Face and hands for teeth and claws work just as well.
