the psp version is called Mana Khemia: Student Alliance I believe
Its my favorite game, I definitely recommend it. Astounding art and detail for the dialgue bits, cute overworld sprites, a pretty awesome story, diverse characters, and as you can see, good dialogue.
And a kickass twist on turn-based battle
