This is Seamus's little, albeit, scary half sister Natalia, who is roughly around 22. Natalia experienced some...horrible trauma when she was twelve and the moment had molded her into this person over the years...who's to blame? Well
and I decided that it was Valentine's fault, hence the little piece of Val's horn inside the jewel on Natalia's collar.
She speaks constantly in a tone similar to Nurse Joy when she was brainwashed by Mewtwo, though on occasions she will have her outbursts but always regain her cool rather quickly.
She is a mixed elf breed- Half High Elf (not the elder scrolls variety mind you) and half forest elf. She is quite the sorceress too. (She was the one who put the spell on Sandro that made him pregnant after having sex with Valentine.)
