You have now moved from the realm of "cute" to undoubtedly "cool" with a hint of "mystery," my friend! =)
This submission shows that you have a good grasp of "mood." The energy and bright passion from your other pictures are still here, but they're tastefully subdued and have now taken the form of a cosmic radiance! You've pushed your love for turquoise to the limit here, by bathing your character in a dim, neon variation of the color, as well as using that color for the basis of your shading. The cool mood I mentioned earlier derives from both this soft turquoise radiance and the serious composure of your fursona. His eyes are staring straight at the viewer, and his head is tilted down just enough to hide his facial expression: he could be smiling or he could simply be mildly amused; either way, this mystery makes for an intimidating yet calm portrait. Of course, your character's great sense of style (a sleeveless hoodie + cap) add to the "cool" factor here as well. Needless to say, the illumination provided by your cheek marks is superb, and gives the face an eerie charm, especially in the eyes.
Phew, on an ending note, I absolutely love how there are stars floating about, yet the light around them doesn't seem to be theirs! It's just a really cool concept-twist effect. =D

You are very welcome, Seaside! I'll have you know that I leave such long, detailed comments somewhat rarely and only on pieces of art that truly move me. There's a lot of wonderful art on this site, but it really does take me a fair bit of time and energy to gather my deepest thoughts and lay them out extensively and so carefully; and I don't want to wear myself out.
