i finaly gave my girl Salt a lastname like pepper and my other girls^^ i need to learn how to color better and i am having trouble giving white fur depth any tips?

Light blues and purples work well for shading white fur, and if you ever venture into using markers, a light grey marker makes for a good base to pencil their shading over.

I do have to agree with the others a bit, light greys work, and pending on what shade it is, very light blues and purples work as well. :) If you're not sure and you have photoshop, you could always futz around with that to get an idea.
