I did this last night in my count down to my birthday stream (finished it on my birthday >u<) It's her character Glitter dressed as the tenth doctor.
i want to say sorry though, I wanted this to be better but like always I started to hurt while working on this so its really wobbly... this was suppose to be an early birthday gift for my lil sis, maybe I will try to ink it for her (her birthday is on the 11th)
