This Throttle & Carbine in street fighter cosplay. Throttle is Ryu and Carbine is Chun Li. Originally I had all the biker mice in street fighter costumes, but it got ruined. I was able to save this part of my drawing, so it wasn't a total waste. I still liked how it turned out. I hope you guys enjoy it
